Attorney Mark Ayesh of Wichita, KS; ethical elf

The state of Kansas provided Mark Gregory Ayesh with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest involving current clients
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Pursued claims and made contentions that lacked merit
• Was untruthful in statements to others
• Lacked candor when dealing with a tribunal
• Failed to report his misconduct to the Disciplinary Board

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2025), Mark practices his so-called brand of law with the Ayesh Law Offices at 8100 East 22^nd Street in Wichita, Kansas.
