Attorney Ronda Baldwin-Kennedy of Las Vegas, NV; ethical troll

The state of Nevada presented Ronda Nadine Baldwin-Kennedy with a law license in 2015 after she graduated from U.C. Davis University School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Ronda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Victims of Ronda’s misconduct were highly vulnerable
• Failed to advise her clients of a potential conflict while simultaneously representing the driver and injured passengers involving an auto accident
• Failed to file appropriate motion to correct jurisdiction to have clients settled approved and enforced
• Failed to advise her clients that the court had dismissed their case and denied Ronda’s motion to enforce settlement
• Failed to keep her client informed of significant developments in their case
• Failed to pay Medi-Cal lien on her clients behalf in a timely manner

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Ronda by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.
