Attorney Mark Galloway of Baltimore Derby, KS; ethical troll

The state of Kansas provided Mark Allen Galloway with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Washburn University School of Law

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Was untruthful in dealing with others
• Seriously engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on Mark’s fitness to practice
• Knowingly engaged in conduct that is a violation of a duty owed as a professional, and causes injury or potential injury to a client
• Engaged in the intentional interference with the administration of justice
• Misconduct was clearly motivated by dishonesty
• Assisted others in engaging in fraudulent conduct
• Caused potential injury to the insured and actual injury to the legal profession
• Counseled a client to engage, or assisted a client, in conduct that Mark knows is criminal or fraudulent
• Engaged in any other conduct that adversely reflects on the lawyer's fitness to practice law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2024), Mark practices his so-called brand of law with Advanced Legal Planning LLC at 111 North in Baltimore Derby, Kansas.
