• Failed to act fairly in dealings with opposing party/counsel
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Missed applicable court deadlines on behalf of his client
• Failed to deposit unearned fees into his trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
