Judge Richard Shull of Wichita, KS; potty mouth loser

The state of Kansas presented Richard A. Shull with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Commission on Judicial Qualifications found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly got angry and yelled in open court
• Used profanity while presiding over various court matters
• Failed to patient, dignified, and courteous to litigants and others appearing before him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a laughable cease and desist order from using profanity, etc. in the future.

As we speak (ca. March 2025), Dick practices his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Municipal Court Judge in Wichita, Kansas.
