Solicitor Sai Keung Li of Hong Kong; moron

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Sai Keung with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Hong Kong School of Law.

The Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found Li guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in serious professional misconduct
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Attended mediation in his professional capacity without instructions and without the presence of those instructing him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Li by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2024), Li practices his so-called brand of law in Central, Hong Kong.
