Attorney Woong-Soon Song of Korea; deadbeat loser

The state of New York presented Woong-Soon Song with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Columbia University School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Song guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory biennial attorney registration
• Failed to pay biennial attorney registration fee of $375 ($187.50 a year)
• Eddy failed to pay register and pay the mandatory fee even after he was notified and given an opportunity to cure his default

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Song by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2024), Song practices his so-called brand of law with Shin & Kim at 459 Sangdo-Dong Dongjak-Ku, 156-031 Rokin Seoul, Korea.
