► House Speaker Mike Johnson: Today’s “Exceptional Idiot” Award Winner
First and foremost,it should be noted that Mikey is not Johnson’s first name it is his middle name. For some unknown reason he apparently has an aversion to being called James or Jimmy, and therefore has opted to be called Mike or Mikey.
Unfortunately, the state of Louisiana presented James Michael Johnson with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.
Mikey laughingly proclaims to be a constitutional lawyer; however, he is a total embarrassment to actual and provable constitutionalists such as Laurence Tribe (Harvard Law Professor), Kathleen Sullivan (Stanford Law Professor), and Michael Dorf (Columbia Law Professor).
Furthermore, irrefutable evidence of Mikey’s ignorance is the fact that he assisted in crafting the rationale use by numerous Republicans for keeping Donald Trump in office after he was thumped at the polls by Joe Biden. Put simply, Mikey’s effort was an unmitigated joke and further proved his claim to be a constitutional lawyer would be analogous to the late Jeffrey Dahmer claiming he was an award-winning gourmet cook celebrated for his barbeque rump roast recipe.
To further establish that he is an absolute moron when it comes to constitutional and/or criminal law for that matter, Mikey spewed forth the following crap after Donald Trump was convicted of 34 felonies in New York while appearing on the Fox News Comedy Network.
Comments about United States Supreme Court
Claiming Supreme Court “should step in” is contrary to Article III, Section 2, Clause 2 regarding Supreme Court Review of State Court Decisions, which states:
“The current statute authorizing Supreme Court review of state court decisions allows the Court to review the judgments of “the highest court of a State in which a decision could be had.” (Cornell Law School-Legal Information Institute)
In New York there are three (3) levels of Courts, meaning Trump would be limited to two bites at the New York appellate apple. He could then appeal based on a claim of a federal question of law to the Federal District Court in Manhattan, and then the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City. And only after losing five (5) times could he appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. Obviously, this process would take many, many years.
Mikey’s claims re: Public’s reaction to Trump conviction
Claiming the justice system has been unequal in convicting Trump is patently absurd. Let’s look at Democrat politicians who have been subjected to a so-called unfair and unequal justice system.
So, why hasn’t Mikey the Moron (M&M), huffed and puffed about unequal justice being meted out to the five individuals named above?
And lastly, it is painfully clear that Mikey has missed his calling as a Standup Comedian! |
