Judge John Fairgrieve of Vancouver, WA; dimwitted slacker

The state of Washington provided John Prince Fairgrieve with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law. 

FYI: Gov. Jay Inslee was duped into appointing Johnny as a Clark County Superior Court Judge in 2015. Johnny didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Vancouver area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The Commission on Judicial Conduct found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to respect and comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to perform judicial/administrative duties competently (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to devote adequate time to his judicial duties
• Failed to be punctual in attending court and expeditious in determining matters under submission

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. May 2024), Johnny continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Clark County Superior Court Judge in Vancouver, Washington.
