Judge Tracy Flood of Bremerton, WA; slacker, scofflaw

The state of Washington provided Tracy Sharvon Flood with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from Seattle University School of Law. 

The Commission on Judicial Conduct found Tracy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Mistreated attorneys and court staff, resulting in the resignation of at least a dozen staff members
• Failed to properly set hearing dates
• Victims of domestic violence being unable to access the court to request lifting No-Contact Orders
• Conduct led to probationers not being monitored
• Multiple attorneys have ceased to practice in the Bremerton Municipal Court due to Tracy’s conduct
• Tracy failed to timely docket matters

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Tracy by the apologists for Judicial/Attorney Misfits sitting Washington State Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. October 2024), Tracy continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Bremerton Municipal Court judge in Bremerton, Washington.
