Part Time Judge Jennifer Cruz of Seattle, WA; potty mouth loser

The state of Washington provided Jennifer Cruz with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the Seattle University School of Law. 

The Commission on Judicial Conduct found Jenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while she served as a pro tem judge in several courts' mainly in municipal courts in King County from 2015 through 2023.

• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to maintain appropriate courtroom decorum
• Failed to be patient, dignified and courteous to all persons with whom she dealt with in her official capacity
• Acted improperly toward a defendant
• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Cursed at defendant by saying, “No, no, fuck you then. Okay, no.”

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Jenny by gifting him with a complimentary censure. Shortly thereafter,

Subsequently, Tommy did the taxpayers of Washington and more importantly, the citizens of Ferry County a big favor when he resigned from the bench.
