Attorney Anne Summers of Bismark, ND; slacker, serial offender

The state of North Dakota presented Anne E. Summerswith a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

FYI: This wasn’t Anne’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two admonitions and two suspensions of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

he Disciplinary Board found Anne guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  Failed to adequately communicate with her client 
  Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  Failed to comply with client information requests 

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Anne by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Anne practices her so-called brand of law with Dyer & Summers PC at 418 East Broadway Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
