Former Magistrate Judge Patrick Wambugu of Kenya; ethical troll

The state of New York presented Patrick Wambugu with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Nairobi School of Law.

The Judicial Service Commission found Mohammed guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in irregularly modifying bond conditions
• Improper modification of bond conditions led to release of individual charged with defiling six-year old minor
• Due to Patty’s improper bond modification, person charged with defiling the minor skipped bail

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Chief Justice Martha Koome ordered Patty removed from his judicial position.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), it is rumored that Patty has an application pending as a greeter at the On the Way Supermarket  located on Limuru Road in Nairobi, Kenya.
