Justice Mohammed Kullow of Kenya; moronic slacker

The state of New York presented Mohammed Noor Kullow with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Nairobi School of Law.

The Judicial Service Commission found Mohammed guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross misconduct
• Failed to deliver rulings or judgments in 116 individual cases
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to perform his duties competently (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Kenya’s President William Ruto ordered that Mohammed be temporarily suspended from the bench pending a recommendation that he his judicial position be terminated.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), it is rumored that Mohammed has an application pending as a restroom monitor at the X/S Millionaires Gentleman’s Club at Baricho Road in Nairobi, Kenya.
