Attorney Rudolph Cohen of Hartford, CT; rubber check afficianado

The state of Connecticut provided Rudolph A. Cohen with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

FYI: This isn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Rudy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Wrote several checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to properly monitor his trust account
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Rudy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Rudy practices his so-called brand of law at 259 Sisson Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut.
