Attorney Nicholas Wajda of Culver City, CA; scammer, repeater

The state of Nevada presented Nicholas M. Wajda with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Nick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Nick’s 1st Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Pursued and/or prosecuted claims that lacked merit (frivolous)
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Failed to rectify wrongful conduct of nonlawyers
  • In a bankruptcy case, Nick accepted a post-petition retainer without the necessary leave from the court
  • Failed to amend incomplete or inaccurate pleadings
  • Filed a nonsensical debtor's plan
  • Failed to appear at meetings or hearings on his client’s behalf
  • Filed a fraudulent bankruptcy petition without speaking with the petitioner and instead relying on the petitioner's husband's assertions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Nick by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

Nick’s 2nd Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to register his firm as a multijurisdictional practice
  • Falsely claimed he did not maintain a law office in Nevada
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff and/underlings
  • Ethical breach caused potential injury to the public and/or the legal system

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Nick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly,as one would suspect, Nick fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.wajdalawgroup.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective client for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Nick practices his so-called brand of law at 6167 Bristol Parkway in Culver City, California.
