Attorney Stanley Helinski of Framingham, MA; moronic slacker

The state of Massachusetts presented Stanley D. Helinski with a law license in 200 after he graduated from Villanova University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Stan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives through reasonably available means
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to execute a written fee agreement with the client
• Failed to tell the client he had stopped communicating with the insurer and that it had closed the claim
• Failed to timely service client lawsuit on the defendant
• Failure to service the defendant led to client’s case being dismissed
• Failed to advise his client that the court had dismissed his case
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary for client to make informed decisions
• Ignored his client’s emails and messages

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Stan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Stan fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.massadvocate.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Stan practices his so-called brand of law with the Helinski Law Offices at 945 Concord Road in Framingham, Massachusetts.
