Attorney Mark Smallhouse of Reno, NV; slacker, loser

The state of Nevada presented Mark K. Smallhouse with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the U.S. International University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Knowingly failed to perform services for a client
• Engaged in a pattern of neglect
• Failed to advise client of status of matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed $1,500 in investigate costs.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Mark fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.nevantage.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Mark practices his so-called brand of law with the Smallhouse Law Group at 10755 Double R Blvd in Reno, Nevada.
