Attorney Roger Jones of Springfield, MO; ethical elf

The state of Missouri presented Roger C. Jones with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Roger guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Was less then truthful when dealing with others

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation and assessed investigative costs in the amount of $2,000.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Roger fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.roger-c-jones.business.sit.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Roger practices his so-called brand of law with at 601 South Grant Street in Springfield, Missouri.
