Former Judge Kevin Young of Fayetteville, NY; ethical troll

The sate of New York provided Kevin Gerard Young with a law license in 2084 after he graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The New York Commission on Judicial conduct found Ambrose guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Judge of the Syracuse City Court, Onondaga County, New York.

  • Initiated an improper ex parte (one-sided) communication with the Family Court hearing examiner assigned to a matter at the request of a friend
  • Improperly intervened on behalf of another in a pending proceeding and used the prestige of his judicial office to advance his friend's private interests
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct eroding public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Kevin practices his so-called brand of law at 218 Churchill Lane in Fayetteville, New York.
