The state of Nevada presented Jason L. Lopez with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Jason guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly with opposing counsel and party
• Pursued claims that were no meritorious (frivolous)
• Failed to respect the right of third persons
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 6-months suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Jason practices his so-called brand of law at 7440 Aardvark Walks Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
