Attorney Chandra Snyder of Virginia Beach, ethical troll

The state of Virginia presented Chandra Harris Snyder with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from Regent University School of Law.   

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Chandra guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commited a criminal or deliberately wrongful act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Knowingly make a false statement of material fact to state bar (Screw you, said Chandra!)
• Failed to make reasonable efforts to prevent the inadvertent or unauthorized disclosure of, or unauthorized access of client confidential information

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Chandra by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Chandra practices her so-called brand of law with Babcock & Moore PLC at 4301 Commerce Drive in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
