The state of New Jersey provided Louis Armando Alum with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Louie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Louie admitted that he prepared and signed a misleading RESPA, showing a "repair credit" allegedly due to the buyer in the amount of $25,000

Because of the misleading RESPA, Mr. Dunn was able to obtain one hundred percent financing

Louie admitted that he executed and submitted to the primary lender a Fannie Mae affidavit containing false information about the true nature of Dunn's financing

Louie admitted that he prepared, signed and submitted to the primary lender a misleading RESPA

that did not reflect a $27,000 second mortgage obtained by his clients the Felicianos

Louie admitted that he knew that the mortgage commitment from Citicorp Mortgage specifically prohibited secondary financing, and despite that knowledge, Louie went forward with the transaction

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. January 2024), Louie practices his so-called brand of law in Trenton, New Jersey.
