Attorney Paul Abramo of Newton, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Paul L. Abramo with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Improperly used the name of an attorney no longer associated with his firm
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Paulie practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Office of Paul L. Abramo at 93 Main Street in Newton, New Jersey.
