Attorney Daniel Vondra of North Liberty, IA; ethical elf

The state of Iowa presented Daniel Vondra with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Northern Illinois University School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law in a jurisdiction he wasn’t licensed
• Danny’s wife was engaged in the illegal practice of law
• During ethics investigation, Danny continued to ratify and defend wife’s conduct in engaging in the illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Danny practices his so-called brand of law with the Vondra Law Office PLC at 745 Community Drive in North Liberty, Iowa.
