Attorney Kris Foster of Chelsea, MA; ethical elf

The state of Massachusetts presented Kris Connolly Foster with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from Boston College School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Kris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to adhere to the requirements of her oath
• Failed to review a file and ask questions when assigned to a matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Kris by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Kris practices her so-called brand of law with the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission at 95 Fourth Street in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
