Solicitor Joseph Pinto of New South Wales; ethical gnome

The Law Society presented Joseph Santos Pinto with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

TheQueensland Civil and Administrative found Joey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.                  

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failed to maintain proper trust account records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Joey practices his brand of law with JS Pinto & Co at 82-86 New Canterbury Road in Petersham, New South Wales.
