Attorney Peter Ruden of Savannah, GA; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented Peter L. Ruden with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from St. John’s University School of Law.

The Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client legal matter
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Pete!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders on the Appellate Grievance Committee punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Hank practices his so-called brand of law with the Spiva Law Group PC at 1137 Mohawk Street in Savanna, Georgia.
