Attorney Marne Darrall of Las Vegas, NV; ethical misfit

The State of Washington presented Marne Beth Darrall with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Marne guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.  

• Engaged in a conflict of interest involving current clients
• While employed as a public defender representing parties charged with crimes by the city of Marysville, Marne engaged in an intimate relationship with a prosecutor at the Marysville City Attorney’s Office who was representing a party adverse to Marne’s clients

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Marne by gifting er with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Marne practices her so-called brand of law at 9840 West Ann Road in Las Vegas, Nevada.
