Attorney Theresa Killington of Bismarck, ND; serial offender 

The state of North Dakota presented Theresa Luan Killington with  a law license in 21995 after she graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

FYI: This isn’t Terry’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She was previously provided with five complimentary terms of probation and two complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Disciplinary Board found Terry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise her underlings/office staff
• Client funds were mishandled by nonlawyer assistants
• Failed to hold client funds in designated client trust accounts
• Commingled client funds with her personal funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Noth Dakota Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license and assessed investigative costs in the amount of $500.00.

And lastly, as one suspect, Terry fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.kellingtonandddoster.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Terry practices her so-called brand of law with Kellington & Oster PC at 619 Riverwood Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.
