Attorney Michael Gunlicks of Richmond, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Michael Ben Gunlicks with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from George Washington University School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Mikey fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.gunlickslaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law Gunlicks Law LC at 604 North Arthur Ashe Blvd in Richmond, Virginia.
