Attorney Elizabeth Egan of Bethesda, MD; ethical elf  

The state of Virginia presented Doris Weston Gelbman with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from Richmond University of School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Doris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly towards opposing counsel and party
• Threatened to present criminal or disciplinary charges solely to obtain an advantage in a civil matter
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Deliberately committed a wrongful act reflecting adversely on his fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Liz practices her so-called brand of law with Rosenberg and Associates LLC at 4340 East West Highway in Bethesda, Virginia.
