Judge Thomas Agresta of Queens, NY; bigoted loser

The State of Ohio presented Thomas S. Agresta with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of School of Law.

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made a remark with racial connotations during the sentencing of a defendant
• During sentencing, Tommy said: 1 know there is another nigger in the woodpile, I want that person out, is
• that clear?”
• Tommy claimed the term “nigger” was not inappropriate
• Tommy laughingly claimed that when he said “nigger” he wasn’t making reference to a black man
• Tommy claimed he apologized via a confidential letter to the judicial commission, which the commission stated was unpersuasive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits and Bigots punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Tommy continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Justice of the New York Supreme Court in Queens, New York.
