Judge Mary Seaworth of New Town, ND; slacker, loser

The state of North Dakota presented Mary E. Seaworth with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Mary guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Mary failed to respond on her client’s behalf to at least thirteen of the
    Compensation Bureau's requests

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Cynthia by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $3,507.25.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Mary practices her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Fort Berthold Tribal Court Associate Judge in New Town, North Dakota.
