Attorney Jeffrey Appel of Lakeland, FL; repeat drunk driver

The State of Florida provided Jeffrey Edward Appel with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar Disc found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
• Jeff had a prior DUI arrest and conviction in 2017

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Jeff practices his so-called brand of law with the Appel Law Group PA at 4469 Fairway Oaks Drive in Mulberry, Florida with the caveat that he show up sober.
