Attorney Damon Senaha of Honolulu; ethical troll

The state of Hawaii presented Damon Masatoshi Senaha with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Damon guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Improperly permitted others to generate work for him
• Failed to make reasonable efforts to ensure that the conduct of underlings was compatible with Hawaii Rules of Professional Conduct
• Improperly shared legal fees with non-lawyers
• Failed to disclose to clients the nature of his relationship to other clients
• Assisted a non-lawyer in the illegal practice of law
• Motive for misconduct was dishonest and selfish
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Victims of Damon’s misconduct were unsophisticated and elderly, for whom English was second language

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Damon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Damon fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.senahalaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Damon practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Damon M. Senaha at 1188 Bishop Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
