Solicitor Philip Scroope of New South Wales; cheating loser

The Law Society presented Philip James Scroope with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Phil guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Preparation of a bill of costs resulted in charging grossly excessive legal costs (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2024), Phil practices his so-called brand of law with LHD Legal Ltd at 151 Castlereagh Street in Sydney, New South Wales.
