Attorney Harish Singh of India; ethical troll

The Law Society of Pakistan provided Harish Chander Singh with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Karachi University School of Law.

The Bar Council of India found Harish guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Harish engaged in a vain attempt to show that he did not know about transaction of the sale deed in favor of his father
• Harish laughingly asserted that he was unaware that attorney Syed Husain Ahmad was junior to him
• Misled and/or misguided his junior partner Syed Husain
• Harish duped his client by misusing the confidence the client had reposed to him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Council punished Harish by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Harish is rumored to have applied for a job as a as a waiter at the Royal Elephant Restaurant at the Marriot Hotel in Islamabad, Pakistan.
