Former Judge Amanda Ward of Fallsburg, NY; ethical troll 

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Amanda guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was Justice of the Fallsburg Town Court,

Sullivan County, New York.

• Amanda presided over a matter despite a disqualifying conflict with a party or witness
• Failed to disclose her egregious misconduct to all parties in the matter
• Knowingly violated Judicial Canons requiring her recusal from the case

As one would suspect, Amanda took the cowardly way out by resigning from her judicial office rather than awaiting a ruling that may well have led to her removal from the bench.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), it is rumored that Amanda has applied for a job as a restroom attendant at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 41 Anawana Lake Road in Monticello, New York.
