Attorney Donald Nemer of Edina, MN; lying slacker

The state of Minnesota presented Donald B. Nemer with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly document a cash payment received from the client
• Failed to demonstrate thoroughness, preparedness, and legal knowledge reasonably necessary for a
• Representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Caused an unreasonable delay in the resolution of the client’s case proceedings
• Knowingly disobeying an instruction from the court (Up yours, said Donnie!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made false and misleading statements to a court on two separate occasions; and, in a second matter
• Failed to clearly communicate the basis or rate of his fee in a written fee agreement
• Improperly split legal fees with a lawyer not in his firm without obtaining written agreement from the client
• about the share each lawyer would receive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license and assessed costs of $900.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Billy  fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.nwaawekramer.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Donnie practices his so-called brand of law at 5200 Wilson Road in Edina, Minnesota.
