The state of Nevada presented Steve E. Evenson with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In multiple matters Stevie engaged in conduct that exceeded the bounds of advocacy

Called the opposing party derogatory names in open court and

Accused opposing counsel of coaching a witness

Injured the integrity of the profession by implying that lashing out with name-calling and unfounded accusations is appropriate in a judicial proceeding

Conduct injured the efficiency of the judiciary by requiring the court to address the obstreperous behavior instead of focusing on resolving your clients’ disputes

Failure to abide by court directives more than ten separate instances

Failed to timely submit a proposed Order to the Court in pending matters

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Knowingly caused injury, or potential injury to his client

Caused interference, in the form of distraction and delay, with the legal proceeding

Knowingly violated a court order or rule (Up yours, said Stevie)

Stevie’s clients were injured by the delay in resolution of their proceedings

Misconduct injured the efficiency of the judiciary by requiring the court to repeatedly seek to finalize matters which had already been decided

After client’s request for relief was granted Stevie failed to submit the proposed Order to the Court

Knowingly engaged in conduct that is a violation of a duty owed as a professional and causes injury or potential injury to a client, the public, or the legal system
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $1,500.00.
As we speak (ca. July 2023), Stevie practices his so-called brand of law with the Evenson Law Office in Lovelock, Nevada.
