Attorney Milton Eichacker of Las Vegas; slacker, loser

The state of Nevada presented Milton J. Eichacker with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Milton guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Entered into prohibited transactions
• Failed to properly maintain trust funds in approved financial institutions
• Wrote one or more checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Milton by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Milton practices his so-called brand of law at 9828 Ridge Rock Court in Las Vegas, Nevada.
