Attorney Andrew Wasielewski of Las Vegas; repeat offender

The state of Nevada presented Andrew Wasielewski with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Andy’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Never advised his client he filed his case in the wrong court
• Never re-filed client lawsuit in the proper court
• Faield to to understand relevant legal doctrines or procedures, causing injury to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Andy’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Andy!)
• Negligently engages in misconduct that is in violation of a duty owed as a professional
• Misconduct caused injury or potential injury to a client, the public or the legal system

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Andy fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.wazlaw.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
