Attorney Sean Lyttle of Las Vegas, NV; idiotic slacker

The state of Nevada presented Sean David Lyttle with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Notre Dame University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Sean guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to timely file the correct documents on his client’s behalf and by failed to comply with Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure and
• Failed to comply with Nevada Supreme Court Orders (Screw you, said Sean!)
• Failed to diligently purse a client’s appeal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to keep his client informed of status of matter
• Failed to advise his client that the Nevada Supreme Court dismissed the appeal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $1,500.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Sean fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.seanlyttlelaw.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
