Attorney Kerry Faughnan of Las Vegas, NV; convict

The state of Nevada presented Kerry P. Faughnan with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Nevada School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Kerry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of conspiracy to commit theft, a gross misdemeanor
• Kerry was convicted of a serious crime
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Kerry by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,500.00.

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Kerry practices his so-called brand of law with Fuller Law Practice at 500 North Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
