Attorney Warren Walker of Las Vegas; ethical dwarf

The state of Nevada presented Warren L. Walker with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the Brigham Young University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Warrenguilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Warren!)
• Exhibited an appalling disregard for the disciplinary process and has abandoned his responsibilities as a member of the State Bar of Nevada
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• The record reflects that Warren appeared determined to avoid the disciplinary proceeding at all costs

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Warren by gifting him with a complimentary 40-month suspension of his law license, and he was ordered to pay $5,000 in restitution to Alicia Mohammed and $900 in restitution to Debra Pellegrino.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Warren practices his so-called brand of law in Las Vegas, Nevada.
