Attorney T. Lincoln Peterson of Henderson, NV; ethical elf

The state of Nevada presented T. Lincoln Peterson with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the Brigham Young University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Peterson guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while suspended for failure to pay bar dues and to complete continuing legal education requirements
• Failed to act with candor toward a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to respond to the disciplinary complaint or appear at the disciplinary hearing (Screw you, said Peterson!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Peterson by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Peterson practices his so-called brand of law at 1349 West Galleria Drive in Henderson, Nevada.
