Former Phillipine Judge Alberto Lerma; moronic slacker

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Alberto L. Lerma with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Al guilty of the following misconduct

  • Engaged in gross negligence
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Guilty of gross ignorance of the law (moron)
  • Abused his judicial authority and discretion
  • Conduct served to erode the people’s faith and confidence in the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Al practices his so-called brand of law in Cabanatuan City, Philippines.
