Judge Thomas Flesher of Pueblo, CO; ethical gremlin

Unfortunately, the state of Colorado provided Thomas B. Flesher with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

FYI: Tommy has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-six (36) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Lake Charles area was about to offer Mikey a good paying job.

It should be noted that Former Gov. Bill Ritter was duped into appointing Tommy as a District Court Judge in 2008. Tommy didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Pueblo area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

A Colorado Appeals court found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to release to the defendant his arresting officer Bernadette Lambert’s disciplinary history for dishonesty and poor evidence-handling
• Tommy refused to disclose the Lambert’s records during the 2020 trial of David Juhl Cox
• Tommy ignorantly ruled that the Lambert’s record was irrelevant and that the officer was "not a very important witness" anyway
• Subsequently, Cox's attorney happened to see Tommy speaking with another officer during the trial, in violation of an order sequestering witnesses
• Officer Lambert admitted to Tommy that she was talking to the other officer about her handling of the evidence, which amounted to a sequestration violation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Tommy continues to practice his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a 10^th District Court Judge in Pueblo, Colorado.
