Attorney James White of Fargo, ND; slacker, loser 

The state of Minnesota presented James Evans White with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law. 

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with a client
• Neglected client legal matter
• Knowingly disobeyed court orders (Up yours, said Jimmy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished

Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license and assessed him $900 in investigative costs.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law in Fargo, North Dakota.
